BiRSA(U) Association is an organization of serving members of Bihar Revenue Service. An officer becomes member of the association as soon as he joins the service. The association has played a very vital and positive role in betterment of service conditions.
The Objectives of the association are to work for the benefit, welfare and development of the members for their social, cultural and professional development. It also carry on activities for the extension of knowledge in the field of Land Reform, Disaster, Law & Order, administration, finance, management and other allied subjects.
Since the members of the association are serving at senior levels in their respective places of postings, they interact with people from different walks of life, it is the endeavor of this association to make the views of eminent persons known to its members. The Association is also sensitive to public aspirations about development activities in the State. Activities of the association are therefore aimed at achieving the larger objective of providing excellence in Governance.

At the core of our efforts lies the vision of building a just, transparent, and harmonious society through effective land governance. Guided by our motto, we believe in empowering individuals and communities to become self-reliant and aware, especially in matters related to land and revenue.
To inspire and promote devotion to the ideals of efficient Revenue administration & Land Reform.
To inculcate and foster a sense of Fellow feeling among its members and to promote their common service interest.
To strive for improving the service conditions and prospects of its members. To foster friendship and fraternity and to promote welfare activities for the welfare of members of the Service Association.
To Strive, to safeguard and promote the interests of the members of the Service. To co-operate with other association of the Government servants having similar objects. Generally to do accordance with Revenue acts and undertake all activities necessary conducive, incidental or ancillary to attain its objects.

Our aim is to guarantee that the people of Bihar receive land revenue services that are simple, accessible, transparent, and just. In fulfilling this mission lies the true purpose and meaning of the lives of all members of the Revenue family.
