The mission of Birsa United Sangh is to enhance the quality and dignity of life for the officers of the Bihar Revenue Service, thereby ensuring that the Bihar Revenue Administration operates with honor and integrity. Our aim is to guarantee that the people of Bihar receive land revenue services that are simple, accessible, transparent, and just. In fulfilling this mission lies the true purpose and meaning of the lives of all members of the Revenue family.

Our General Secretary

How do we live our values and fulfill our mission to achieve excellence as a Land Reform-class organization? We know that to be excellent as an organization there must be consistent focus on improving the core issue and providing better reform each day. A commitment to excellency in Land issue is a first step to continuous improvement and the driving force behind BiRSA-U. It does not happen in silos. The entire members must embrace the continuous improvement approach & We as a United family are already committed for above fulfilment.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, and the association functions as a pivotal point for fostering camaraderie, promoting well-being, and addressing core issues pertinent to Bihar Revenue officers.

We endeavor to support our members through a network that encourages collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous professional growth. We stands by the belief that a cohesive and motivated cadre can better serve the people of Bihar and contribute meaningfully to the state’s development
